Personal Assistant to Dondria
Job Description
We are looking for a communicative Personal Assistant for artist, Dondria, to provide secretarial, administrative, and personal support in a well-organized and timely manner. The assistant will work alongside the artist on a variety of tasks related to the artist's working life and communication across various platforms. (Must be tech-savvy and have a good eye for visuals). At this time, this position provides about 10-20 hours per week but may grow to a full-time position if the work permits.
Responsibilities

Act as the secondary point of contact between the artist and internal/external clients

Assist artist at performances by: communicating with event organizers, carrying belongings, retrieving meals, handing out business cards, etc.

Capture footage for website and social media content

Make travel arrangements

Screen and direct social media DMs, emails, texts, and phone calls, and distribute correspondence

Manage website and social media including Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, etc. by:

Publishing website edits/updates
-
Assisting with daily posts, creating thumbnails, etc.

Email outreach, follow up, and engaging with consumers, followers, influencers, press, and brands

Implement campaigns
-
Track and report social media analytics and present monthly findings

Manage and schedule meetings and appointments

Send invoices and collect payment

Maintain paperwork
-
Create advertising materials and monthly newsletters

Drive to performance locations when necessary

Perform other duties as assigned
Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, positive attitude, and English proficiency

High School degree or equivalent

Proficiency using softwares such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Final Cut Pro would be considered an advantage

PA diploma or certification would be considered an advantage
