FROM PHATFFFAT TO DONDRIA
I’m Dondria—singer, songwriter, poet, and a woman with a lot of stories to tell.
You may know me as Phatfffat, the girl singing in her game room on YouTube. Those videos caught the attention of Jermaine Dupri, leading to a deal with So So Def, my debut album Dondria vs. Phatfffat, and the R&B favorite “You’re the One.”
A lot of life happened after that. I grew, I got lost, I found my voice and my way back.
Today, I create from a different place: one rooted in truth, intention, and connection. Less about who I’m supposed to be, and more about who I actually am.

Got my start on YouTube as Phatfffat, which led to a record deal with So So Def and the release of Dondria vs. Phatfffat, featuring “You’re the One.”

Served as a lead vocalist for Season 2 of BET’s First Wives Club.

Featured as a background vocalist for Aretha Franklin, portrayed by Cynthia Erivo, in National Geographic’s Genius: Aretha.
